The Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center Tobacco Cessation services include coaching to effectively help you quit your tobacco addiction for good. Our certified tobacco cessation facilitators provide encouragement, motivation and education during the quitting process.
We offer strategies that produce sustainable results:
- Developing a Quit Plan, including relapse prevention
- Identify motivators and overcome barriers
- Empower self-confidence
- Follow-up contacts at specific times in the quit process
