Post-Injury Care Program
Our goal is to ensure an early, safe return to work for your employees. Work-related illnesses can result from exposure to on-the-job chemical, biological or environmental factors. HealthWorks Post-Injury Care Program offers care for work-related injuries or illnesses.
The Post-Injury Care Program can include any of the following:
- Diagnosis
- Initial treatment
- X-ray
- Post-accident drug screen
- Post-accident breath alcohol testing
- Medication

- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Independent home program
- Review of work restrictions
- Employer contact
- Follow-up as indicated by physician
