How the Program Works
Becoming an affiliate is as easy as completing a membership application. Affiliates are fomally sponsored by a Premier shareholder who, upon contractual agreement, provides aggregation opportunities and a wealth of resources.
Avera PACE provides affiliates the ability to aggregate spend volume, allowing much greater tier optimization on both Premier contracts as well as locally negotiated contracts. Avera PACE also provides GPO conversion support, ongoing contracting support, access to Premier's tools and more.

Northern Plains Premier Collaborative (NPPC)
In 2008, Avera Health, Regional Health, and Premier, Inc. formed the Northern Plains Premier Collaborative (NPPC) to aggregate purchasing volumes. Members have realized significant savings and cost containment through inclusion in the NPPC contracts for purchased goods and services. This benefit is in addition to the Avera PACE and Premier contracts that are available to our members.
