Massage Therapy

Take time out your busy life to relax and rejuvenate with a massage from one of the licensed massage therapists at Avera Queen of Peace; they specialize in Swedish massage. Massage Therapy is located on the second floor of the Wellness Center – please use the door on the east side – for those individuals that have trouble with stairs, we have an alternate location in the Physician’s Plaza, north of the hospital.

As massage brings relief to the body from stress, trouble sleeping, grieving a loss and muscle tension. It also promotes alleviation of muscles, increases circulation, enhances clarity of mind, eliminates toxins and reduces blood pressure.

Please arrive a few minutes early to complete the required health form and to discuss whatever questions you may have about your massage. If you have a cold, the flu, a sore throat or any other contagious condition, PLEASE do not share it with your massage therapist; call and reschedule your appointment. Please tell you massage therapist if you are pregnant. If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know in advance.
