The Public Relations Department develops and distributes information for and about the divisions of Avera Sacred Heart and acts as official spokesperson on behalf of the facility.

Reporters and photographers wanting to cover stories about any of our divisions including interviews with medical personnel and patients, are asked to contact Avera Sacred Heart Public Relations Department in advance of the interview. Please call 605-668-8326 to schedule on-site media visits or to request help in setting up interviews with medical center sources. In an emergency, they may contact the administrator on-call through the hospital’s switchboard at 605-668-8000.
