The staff of Avera St. Anthony's Hospital Nutrition Services Department provide top quality nourishment for patients, guests, and employees.
A Dietary Manager, four cooks, four dietary aides, a cook's helper and a Dietary Consultant staff the Nutrition Services Department.
The Dining Room is open twenty-four hours per day with meals served at the following times:
- Breakfast: 7:30 - 8:00 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:15 - 1:45 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Sandwiches, salads & desserts available 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
