Lifestyle Changes After Breast Cancer. Separting Fact from Fiction

Target Audience:

Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, residents and other allied health professionals

 

Education Objectives:

1. Understand the link between obesity and breast cancer prognosis in breast cancer survivors.

2. Understand the relationship between physical activity and prognosis in breast cancer survivors.

3. Discuss the current evidence behind commonly used vitamins, teas, soy and other supplements commonly used by breast cancer survivors.

4. Discuss the role for acupuncture in breast care survivors.
