HeartSmart is a comprehensive heart screening for the early detection of cardiovascular risk and your opportunity for disease prevention.
The screening Includes:
- Calcium Score CT Exam - advanced technology for detection of heart disease
- Blood Pressure Check
- Body Mass Index (BMI) Check
- Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides (blood draw, more accurate than a finger stick - fasting recommended.)
- Glucose Screening
- Education and Risk Assessment
- Information about Wellness Services
After the Screening
Results will be mailed to you, and a nurse will give you a follow-up call.
