Our Team

Social Work Services includes 10 licensed social workers and one RN/discharge planner. This department has a total of more than 130 years of experience in serving patients and their families at Avera St. Luke’s.

Staff members from Social Work Services serve on community boards, provide consultation to nursing facilities, lead support groups, sit on various committees, and provide community presentations.
