Avera St. Luke's Acceleration
Powered by Athletic Republic
Avera St. Luke's Acceleration uses the Athletic Republic program (formerly Frappier Acceleration Sports Training), started in Fargo, N.D., by exercise physiologist John Frappier in 1990. Many years of research were involved in developing this program. It has spread to more than 160 sites nationwide and internationally. Athletes of varying ages and abilities use these techniques to propel to the next level, and we can help you do that, too!
