Physical therapy can be used to help a number of conditions. Some of the more common ones are:

As a courtesy, Avera St. Luke’s Business Office will file directly with Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation and/or your private insurance.

Patients will be responsible for any applicable co-payment and/or deductible of non-covered amounts. Any financial arrangements should be made at the time of your first visit. Should a question arise, our staff is always available to answer any questions or provide assistance.

Physical therapy is covered by most insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider for specifics.
