Vanilla Orange Smoothie
Ingredients
- 8 ounces 100-percent orange juice
- ½ mashed banana
- 1 scoop vanilla Performance Inspired Protein Powder
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- A smoothie bottle equipped with a shaker device
Directions
- Starting with your liquids, put all ingredients into your blender bottle.
- Shake until well combined.
- Add water and ice to desired consistency.
