It’s not every day you see a scuba diver and hippies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center. But every Halloween the NICU nurses dress their patients up for their first holiday to show that even the littlest patients should have a little fun now and then.
