Gingerbread Martini Mocktail

Gingerbread Martini Mocktail

Makes 2 servings


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces vanilla or ginger-flavored soda (Dry brand soda has less sugar)
  • 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar (or to taste)
  • ⅛ teaspoon allspice
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon

For the glasses

  • 2 teaspoons molasses
  • ¼ cup gluten-free gingersnap cookies, crushed


  1. Put 2 teaspoons molasses on a plate, set aside. On another plate, place the crushed gluten-free gingersnap cookies.
  2. Dip the rim of each glass into the molasses, then the crushed gingersnaps.
  3. In a shaker, combine heavy cream, vanilla Dry sparkling soda, allspice, cinnamon, brown sugar and 2 tsp. molasses.
  4. Scrape off any excess foam created from shaking.
  5. Divide among two glasses, such as wine tumblers or stemmed wine glasses

Notes: You may have to make this in two batches if your shaker bottle is smaller. Be sure to scrape of excess foam after shaking. Also, any vanilla soda will work but I love Dry Sparkling as it isn't overly sweet and it tastes so clean and smooth.
