Apple Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 medium apples, diced
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/8 cup low-fat mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Serve on salad greens.
