Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado, peeled and seeded
- 2 ounces 70% cacao chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup nonfat milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
- Spoon the mousse into two serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
