Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 2 ounces 70% cacao chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup nonfat milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mousse into two serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
