Cold and Flu Drink
Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 2 whole lemons, juiced
- 2 juiced oranges
- 1 whole head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1½ tablespoons cayenne
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tablespoons honey
- 3 cups of coconut water (just water will work, but coconut water adds electrolytes)
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together.
- Pour mixture into silicone ice cube trays. Place on a baking sheet or tray to reduce spilling.
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Transfer into airtight containers or baggie. Try to get the air out.
- Store until needed and then defrost to drink. Add one ice cube to hot water or with a hot tea.
