Recipe: Fresh Fruit Sangria Mocktail
A glass of fresh fruit sangria offers a wide range of vitamins, including C and K, and antioxidants like beta carotene. And thanks to the berries and chopped apples in the recipe, each glass of sangria has more than 2 grams of fiber. Want to make it an adult beverage? Add in your preferred red or white wine.
Fresh Fruit Sangria Mocktail
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 2 cups 100% cranberry juice
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 cup sparkling water (chilled)
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup raspberries or blackberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 small lemon (cut into 8 slices)
- 1 small lime (cut into 8 slices)
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- In a small pitcher add apples, raspberries or blackberries, and blueberries.
- Add the cranberry and apple juice, stir to combine.
- Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, add sparkling water.
- Put lemon and lime slices into each glass.
- Pour in the juice mixture.
- Add ice as desired.
