Spinach Craisin Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 pound fresh spinach
- ½ c. slices strawberries
- 1 c. craisins, reduced sugar
- ¾ cup slivered almonds
Dressing
- ¼ c. cider vinegar
- ¼ c. white vinegar
- ½ c. extra light olive oil
- 3 T. honey
- 2 tsp. minced green onions
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- 2 T. sesame seeds
- 1 T. poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine dressing ingredients together in a bowl with lid or jar. Close tightly and shake to combine.
- Mix spinach and crasins together in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over mixture and toss to combine.
- Top with almonds.
- Serve and enjoy.
