This Spinach Craisin Salad is fresh and easy to make. With a mix of spinach, strawberries, and reduced-sugar craisins, top it with slivered almonds for a bit of crunch. Spinach Craisin Salad

Serves 8

Ingredients

Salad
  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • ½ c. slices strawberries
  • 1 c. craisins, reduced sugar
  • ¾ cup slivered almonds
Dressing
  • ¼ c. cider vinegar
  • ¼ c. white vinegar
  • ½ c. extra light olive oil
  • 3 T. honey
  • 2 tsp. minced green onions
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • 2 T. sesame seeds
  • 1 T. poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine dressing ingredients together in a bowl with lid or jar. Close tightly and shake to combine.
  2. Mix spinach and crasins together in a large bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Top with almonds.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
