FVH Conference Center
This class is for those who are working / students in a health-related field, EMTs and First Responders. All courses are taught in accordance with the American Heart Association's standards for Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and meet OSHA requirements for CPR training. CPR certification is recommended by the American Heart Association to be renewed every two years. CPR Renewal is only for those persons who have a current American Heart Association CPR card.

For the busy parents-to-be, our Childbirth Preparation class is offered on the weekend. This class is open to anyone expecting their first child and interested in preparing for the childbirth experience. The session will cover a variety of topics including: what to expect during each trimester, breathing and relaxation techniques, labor and delivery, comfort methods available during labor and delivery process, caring for your newborn, and a tour of Floyd Valley Hospital's family-focused childbirth center. Please bring two pillows and a birthing partner.
