Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present and to be aware of where you are and what you’re doing. Some examples of mindfulness practices are: breathing exercises, guided imagery, progressive muscle relaxation. During this short online session, Brenda Ling, Oncology Outpatient Therapist, will guide you through a mindfulness practice that you can add in to your daily routine.
This three-week series occurs at 7:45am on January 26th, February 2, and February 9.
