This 10-week program focuses on high-intensity performance enhancement to increase speed, power, agility, strength and coordination. This program is for participants going into 6th grade and up.
With a focus on mastery of foundational movement patterns, workouts are tailored to the individual athlete and combine:
- Powerlifting
- Olympic lifting
- Metabolic conditioning-improving explosive movement
Pre-and post-testing includes:
- Shuttle Run
- Bench press
- Broad jump
- Vertical jump
- Squat max
- Deadlift max
- Functional movement screen to identify and address biomechanical concerns that could lead to injury
The program is designed by a physical therapist and overseen by certified athletic trainers.
