Friends and family are welcome to join us for this special Time of Remembrance. This event is unique as it gathers together family and friends who lost loved ones over the past year, as well as our Avera Cancer Institute staff who have dedicated themselves to their care.
Staff and families alike feel the loss when someone ends their earthly journey, and this event—through reflection and celebration—is an opportunity for healing.

Time of Remembrance will be held in the Prairie Center, 1000 E. 23rd Street, Sioux Falls.
You and your family are invited to join us for a time of remembrance in honor of your loved one, Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025 at the Avera Cancer Institute in Sioux Falls, SD. Enjoy light appetizers and be encouraged in the understanding presence of others. The day of the event, we encourage you to bring a photo of your loved one to add to our remembrance board.
