For Childcare Professionals
Each session is specifically designed for early childcare professionals to keep them current on meaningful topics in childcare. The day will consist of three educational sessions taught by professionals in their field.
It’s an opportunity to earn 3 Early Childcare Education Units.
Workshop Schedule
8:10 AM - doors open and check-in begins
8:30-9:30 AM - Session 1 - Emotional Learning Through Stories
Bring peace into your room. Use stories to teach emotional regulation and increase emotional awareness.
9:40-10:40 AM - Session 2: Little Scientists, Big Imaginations
Exploring science through creative play.
10:50-11:50 AM - Session 3: Sensory Integration and Play!
Learn strategies on how to incorporate sensory-based activities into play to promote age-appropriate child development and skills in children.

Fee: $50.00 per person. This is a non-refundable class unless it is cancelled by Family Life Education.
