TESTING DAY REQUIREMENTS
Please arrive 20 minutes early for testing. Students not present 10 minutes prior to the scheduled testing time will be required to reschedule.
Class Cancellation Policy: Avera Education & Staffing Solutions (AESS) reserves the right to require a non-refundable pre-payment for tuition and fees prior to accessing the on-line course. A case-by-case review of refund or rescheduling requests because of medical emergencies or bereavement will be made by the Director. Documentation is required to allow AESS to review the reasons for the refund or rescheduling request. If AESS determines that good cause exists, the student may reschedule course components. If documentation is not acceptable, course components cannot be rescheduled, and tuition/fees are non-refundable.
