She attentively listens to concerns, asks appropriate questions, and performs a thorough evaluation of the problem, addressing any additional concerns as needed. She provides information, recommended plan of care, and instructions a clear manner, and assures my understanding. She Invites feedback and any additional questions or concerns before ending the visit.
