Arrived early, as requested. Wait room time was about 5 minutes. Noticed the time as we were leaving, 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment start. Everything was perfect.

Was able to get an appointment right away for my problem. Ben assured me and showed me the X-ray that my shoulder was in great shape. Ben also showed me a way to help with the problem and offered physical therapy. Ben's nurse was very nice and friendly.
