About Me

Dr. Carter is the co-founder of the Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) Program and has served as the program's Medical Director since its inception in 1993.

Dr. Carter has provided the full scope of primary care during his 40 plus years of practice in Granite Falls, Minnesota, with current special interest in geriatrics, emergency medicine, and cardiology.
