The very first time I saw Dr. Nagelhout, I was not impressed. I've been, I saw him in Miller and I didn't feel like he had a good bed side manner at all. And I did not feel like he was very personable. On my last appointment, when I saw him at North Central heart, he was like a whole different person. He was very personable, friendly, and acted like he cared about what was going on with me.

It was difficult as I couldn't have my wife with me. When you have had a major health issue you are not always thinking clearly and my responses may have been questionable. Also with medications for pain I'm sure I didn't remember all that was said to me. I do remember the staff was always pleasant and caring.

I don't think that the young lady that called me about my results is very professional. That's all.

Everything went great. I was given the up most of care and everything was done in a timely matter. I did not have to wait and everyone was very very friendly and answered all my questions, and we just had a great visit yesterday. Thank you.

Everyone was very kind, very professional and very caring and they all were well knowledged on the fact of my problem and they helped me so much and they were all really patient going...going through all the tests and everything. I really appreciate all they did and I was impressed with your facility and your staff.

Yes, the only thing that bothers me is in the exam room itself the exam table is kind of shabby especially the bottom and I really think that they should be made so they think about a little more about the elderly trying to get up on him and have a way to have a little more room on the step up. Thank you.

Yeah, everybody's are the doctors in the nurses and staff. We're excellent. I have nothing that I could add to anything that they just done an excellent job, and I think them very much. Goodbye.

Well, I was not happy with the way he... I had a pad there with my blood pressure readings and he didn't really pay any attention to that. He just... when I came in they took my blood pressure and it was up, but I had to walk quite a ways to get there and naturally it would be up some but he just... he wouldn't acknowledge my journal of blood pressure. He just said well we have to increase your medication, so he doubled it and I'm just not comfortable with that. So

The experience was great , but the follow-up for a needed appointment was very poor.

The nurses there were really, really good. They actually cared and listened about what to say, but Dr. Nagelhout, or however you say say, he....he really didn't feel like he cared at all. He didn't necessarily ......I didn't get to answer all my questions. He was kind of..... thought something and he kind of went on with it and he didn't answer any questions I had. I don't know, it just wasn't a pleasurable experience I guess with him.

All in all was a good experience. The staff, all the staff were very responsive and worked hard to get the job done and whatever I think one thing that could be improved is the timeliness of getting the reports back. It took a number of days as compared to what was being offered up by the nurse as to when we get the report back. But otherwise very, very, pleased. Thank you.

Most everything was really good with our experiences David Nagelhout was good at evaluating the canals conditions and referring us to the proper people, but we would have liked a follow up conference with him, which we really really missed. We felt it was our primary care cardiac doctor and I've been used to help male clinic does it and you have a primary care and then he routes you're around and then you come back to him. We missed that part of it cause we would have liked to of talk over with him.options that are our in our minds as far as finding versus medical treatment of his
