After all the care I felt I was just a chart number. I understand a lot of patients are seen but when your care provider doesn't remember a critical aspect of your health and treatment that was discussed during an appointment less than 6 hours prior you begin to question if they even look at your chart before having a nurse call back with results. Very disappointed
