Dr. Harvison clearly and thoroughly explained the results of some recent tests. He proposed what treatment might be recommended (by the specialty provider) and described the procedure. He offered to follow up with the specialist if that department didn't contact me within a set time.

The nurse assistant was very kind and took time to listen to all of my concerns I had. I was very anxious. Im diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks so I very seldom go anywhere, hide in my house and only go out into my backyard, which has a high fence. Her words and calmness and no hurry really helped me. Doctor came in right after assistant. He talked to me about options and took the time for all of my questions and concerns. That is a very important asset. I felt confident and at ease that all of my concerns were addressed. I calmed down. He is the best, my doctor for years and knows my history. I feel like I'm living in a small town with the care I get from the assistants and the doctor.
