The Avera Heart Hospital was extremely patient, kind, and took very well care of my husband because we came in through the ER, and all the staff was very attentive and got him to surgery with under an hour, so we are very pleased.

When I was told to come to North Central heart, I didn't know what to expect and when I got up to the facility and met the doctor, he explained every little detail and aspect reasoning. What I can do to make the situation better. It made me feel more comfortable. It made me feel like it's more hands on and it made me feel like There was questions and he had the right answers that I wanted to hear and I was so grateful for that. Thank you doctor.

Dr. Scott's nurse Joe was incredible. The only thing that I had a complaint with was that I wasn't aware of what was going to happen in. That was probably my primary care physicians responsibility. I went in blind but the experience was incredible overall. So thank you very much.

I would like to say that Dr. Scott was very informative. He had never seen me before and I had never met him before. But he was very knowledgeable and we were very happy with him.

felt rushed like herding cattle in and out was interrupted when trying to speak treated as if anxiety is main cause of all and didnt feel questions were answered thoroughly

Okay, Jeremy, Jill and I don't remember the nurse that I had also you were excellent. Took all the time I needed answered all the questions we had a new health thing come up and we went over it with them and find out everything we need to know what could be done and what couldn't be done and very, very happy. So yep, no issues at all. Thank you very much. I do appreciate it and pass it on to Jeremy and Jill. Thanks.

The wait time is excessive. I was in that tiny room almost 45 min.EKG first then had to wait for Dr 45 min after.25 min of those from my actual appt.why come 30 min early to wait? When I called for the appt it took 2 days for scheduler to call me back. That is really unbelievable wait time to make an appt. Seems like no customer service when you want to make an appt. That needs to change. I said that last year and no one listens.

I believe that's the facility was doing very well. However, it seems like there was a lack of communication between some of the nursing staff. They really didn't seem to know what was going on who had done what as far as like blood pressure and things like that. So communication between the nursing staff in the future would probably be a little better or could be a little better and then it would maybe not make the day back up this quickly as it had.

The entire staff of people I dealt with were very caring and explained every thing that was going to happen. I was made very comfortable during all procedures.

Improvement would be to offer a referral to somebody that could help me instead of saying, "I really don't know who to send you to. You just have to go back to your primary care physician."

Yes, I would like to see the Avera chart being, have all the doctors have access to the Avera chart and to not have to keep repeating filling out all the same information when I go to a different appointment. Even if there is the the Avera chart system. So I would like, yeah, so I would like be able to get rid of the paper forms and just fill out all the forms on Avera chart and have all the different doctors that use the chart have that accessible, be accessible to that. So, that's my suggestion.

So my main concern with Dr. Scott was that he'd like getting really give you a chance to finish. Like you'd start a thought and he would either interrupt was something different or interrupt assuming how you were going to finish your sentence and it was really disconcerting to both my husband and myself and although I did say that he he spent plenty of time it was because after a while we were just done talking to him, and so I feel like I would have gotten more out of a visit with a different doctor who may be listened to a little bit more and, you know, allowed you to finish a sentence and he was nice enough he just seems very dismissed is and very impatient, you know, and, and I don't know what his day was like, but I know it was very stressful for me, and I could have used some more understanding and certainly some more consideration thank you.

My experience, on Monday, was very positive. I had some things mixed up, myself, and your facility did not have all my registration ready, but they did an excellent job of seeing to it, that it was taken care of, so that I could still see my provider that afternoon. I traveled about, oh, about judging, 50 miles to get there, and traveling that far would have been disappointing, if they would not have been able to get that straightened out, quickly enough to help me. So, I thank you very much.

Yes, I had a great experience there. The nurses...that team...took my blood pressure, and did get my...did my different things that needed to be done to me. Dr. Scott was great. I felt very, very good when I left the hospital, very good. Thank you very much.

I like him very much. He's a very good kind of Dr. Heart doctor, and I will keep going to him, cuz I liked him very well, and he's very considered of people. Thank you.
