Jessica has experience providing mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals, families, couples and groups. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Brainspotting (BSP). Jessica sees patients both in person and via telehealth appointments.
