John Kass was excellent to work with! He was very kind and gentle with my child who was very nervous. He took the time to talk to my child which reassured him when surgery time came. My child was very anxious and crying heading to surgery after this appointment; but in my child's words: I saw Dr. John and knew I was safe. His communication and explanation of everything was fantastic.
