Most all of the experiences I have had with KO over the years have been positive. She is kind, informative and always listens and asks questions to understand my feelings and goals. She has always been open and willing to take my input and I feel she does center me in my own healthcare needs! I also appreciate her looking out for my best interests in following best practices and even being able to inform me of what they are when I have questions. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have found a provider like KO! Definitely eases my anxieties when accessing healthcare.
