She was very excellent in meeting and talking with me. And what impressed me a lot also was the fact that she was wearing two masks on her face. That is showing that she cares about being safe around me. I was wearing a mask as well, but she impress me very much.

For being the only patient in the clinic waiting room, it took longer to be seen this time than when I was in the clinic last time and the waiting room full. Just curious what does that say to you

Yes. Katie was very, very, very knowledgeable way above my head. So anyway, she went a little bit too quick for me on some things and I asked about 3 prescriptions whether or not I need to get them refilled and I didn't get an answer on that. I just got one prescription. She changed completely, so I'll have to get back a hold of her and find out what the story is there for sure. But otherwise she did a great job. Thank you.

After seeing the report on Avera Chart, there were some things mentioned that we didn't even talk about. There seemed to be some confusion as to what I said and what she understood me saying. Very confusing. Some things were mentioned that we didn't even talk about. After I read the report I began to wonder what she was referring to.

Received a follow-up phone call/survey, but was unable to complete; the call terminated for some unknown reason. I had hoped to comment on DNP Kathryn Adams in that call, As usual, she was most professional and helpful! I felt as though the exam was quite thorough, All my questions/concerns were well addressed. A real pro!

I was a little frustrated that they didn't have orders for my blood work. I tried to track down if the orders were correct and finally someone acknowledged the orders and my blood was drawn. The lack of communication was frustrating.

I was very impressed with my appointment with Kathryn. She did an excellent job. Very good demeanor, very calm and attentive and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cardiologist.

Katie and Megan were very attentive to me when I was there for my stress test. Katie even double checked my results with a couple of the great cardiologist on duty that day. Megan made sure I know exactly what was happening during the test so that there were no surprises. Everyone was easy to talk to and I felt like they genuinely concerned for my health. Not that I look forward to these stress tests, but I truly look forward to working this these fine professionals the next time I need one. Thank you all!

Since discoverinig my cardiac issues back in 2004, I have experienced constantly excellent doctoring, nursing, and medical care from every professional on your staff that has assisted me. I am one grateful individual for the existence of North Central Heart.

The Avera Heart Hospital was recovering from the recent tornado. And so there were a lot of things that were there before but had to be remodeled and were in the process of that and the staff was very accommodating. Our check in went very smoothly. We didn't have to wait to get everything in line. I had brought all of the materials requested before my appointment. We were in the waiting room for a short period of time but they were very busy because they're short rooms due to this recent tornado and we were escorted to their the room. Right away the doctor came in this was the physician's assistant for Dr. Scott.

I don't like putting in a small room and wait 1 hour for anyone to come in and say they if if there if you're having a problem come in and tell me. Don't leave me set there for one hour, because next time if I will not sit there one hour.

They tried very hard to get me, continue me going and so I didn't have to sit and wait for everything, everything was just kind of ran smoothly and I thank them for that.

I didn't like the sitting there an hour, and 10 minutes and nobody came in to tell me nothing and then when they did come in, they said all I hear you're in a hurry. So I do not care to see her again. Thank you.

Hey, I thought that Katie Adams was the one that I talked to there and I thought she was very, very nice and very good. And I did get - get good information on everything and felt like it was - it was a good - good...exam and everything so that I'm hoping that things are going along well now and I - I was worried about my dental appointment with the oral surgeon and it sounds like that (INAUDIBLE) okay, and then I - then I might have to check back with her again, but - but it was very good. So yeah. Thank you.

Yes, hi. Katy did a very excellent job and she told me she was going to check and see if I needed to pull an evaluation but, and she decided I didn't. They called me to schedule it today which is fine. I was just thinking if you wanted to be really, really excellent service, somebody would've been at least able to tell me exactly why it was being ordered. Thank you.

Yeah, my appointment was at 11 and she never came in until 11:30 to sit there for a half hour. Then the one that was in charge of setting up my monitor seemed like he was more interested in probably getting to lunch then setting up my monitor.

Even though I had a different CNP than I normally have she gave practically seamless support. She was knowledgeable about my health issues and explained a new med to me. All staff was friendly and there was hardly any wait time.
