I have been going to this facility for several years and have always been treated with great respect.

They tried very hard to get me, continue me going and so I didn't have to sit and wait for everything, everything was just kind of ran smoothly and I thank them for that.

I didn't like the sitting there an hour, and 10 minutes and nobody came in to tell me nothing and then when they did come in, they said all I hear you're in a hurry. So I do not care to see her again. Thank you.

Hey, I thought that Katie Adams was the one that I talked to there and I thought she was very, very nice and very good. And I did get - get good information on everything and felt like it was - it was a good - good...exam and everything so that I'm hoping that things are going along well now and I - I was worried about my dental appointment with the oral surgeon and it sounds like that (INAUDIBLE) okay, and then I - then I might have to check back with her again, but - but it was very good. So yeah. Thank you.

We waited well past our scheduled appointment time but were very impressed with the knowledge and amount of time spent with us once Ms Adams, DNP, came into the exam room. Will be pleased to continue with her!

Yes, hi. Katy did a very excellent job and she told me she was going to check and see if I needed to pull an evaluation but, and she decided I didn't. They called me to schedule it today which is fine. I was just thinking if you wanted to be really, really excellent service, somebody would've been at least able to tell me exactly why it was being ordered. Thank you.

Yeah, my appointment was at 11 and she never came in until 11:30 to sit there for a half hour. Then the one that was in charge of setting up my monitor seemed like he was more interested in probably getting to lunch then setting up my monitor.

Even though I had a different CNP than I normally have she gave practically seamless support. She was knowledgeable about my health issues and explained a new med to me. All staff was friendly and there was hardly any wait time.

When I came and went through the problem, they had about four or five tests and that was all done within a couple hours. Everybody was on time and everybody continued to keep us so we didn't have to sit and wait around, 1 after another.

Yeah, I waited in the patient room for about an hour before the doctor showed up. I thought that was a little long, but hopefully they can work on that.

I just think it's horrible how long you have to wait, 3 hours before you're done and all's I had done was they checked my heart in that closed-off area where they pull the curtain across which I think is very tacky. And that was it and I talked to the doctor and I was there from 8:30 to 10:30 almost and I just - I think that's really a waste of everyone's time and mine to. And I have to go back but otherwise, everyone was pleasant. I can't say the nurses was very nice and so was some the doctor but I think you should be able to get to faster not schedule maybe everybody at the same time. Thank you.

Hi, the only negative thing that happened during my appointment was that my appointment was at 8:30. I showed up at 8 as instructed that there until 8:30 with checked in and then I said in the room until after 9, and before I saw a doctor, so just the wait time without anybody checking in to say anything like what the hold up is about. That's the only negative thing that happened during my visit. Thank you.

I spent a lot of time alone in the examination room. Of an hour and 15 minutes, I was alone in there for 45 minutes.

The only problem I had was the length of time in which I had to wait. I waited almost 35 minutes once I got into the room. And no one seemed to know where the young lady was who was supposed to check me over. And that is the only problem I had. Otherwise, everything was great. So, perhaps you need lights on the outside of the room so they know what room they need to go to next. Or some kind of better method to alerting them that a patient is waiting that has been checked in and brought into a room. Again, that's the only problem I had. Everything else was wonderful. And I thank you.

Since the night I had my stent put in, I've only met my actual surgeon twice. That was the night before the surgery and one time after the surgery. Otherwise, I've always met somebody else. I've never seen my surgeon since then. Felt like a factory versus a medical treatment, but the follow up visits is more like a medical treatment facility and I really appreciate that. Bye.

I didn't have any complaints at all. I thought everything was handled really well and everybody was really Pleasant and Not only was a doctor pleasant, but everybody else I had to deal with as far as Improvement, I really couldn't see anything as far as Improvement. That's why I go there if I have other options at home, so I'm willing to drive 2 1/2 hours ago there. Alright, I'd like to have more option to see the actually see the doctor. Be my only concern. Bye.

I had an ekg, an ultra sound, a blood pressure check, and a blood panel done. That was today and my earliest appointment to see Dr Mohamed is 2 months from now. It would have been good if I had been told if I had to wait for my results until then or I will hear something next week. I assume there wasn't anything to be too concerned about , but am not sure. This isn't a complaint, but a suggestion.

I was very impressed. I met Katie with Dr. Paa for the first time. She knew what was going on with me and gave me her thoughts and what she wanted done and Dr. Paa was there and she checked and he had a different read on what was going on. So she went ahead and arranged it and I got a stress test and everything worked out fine. She called me with the results of the test, which gave me much relief and I was glad to get to meet another member of Dr. Paa's team and the Heart Hospital team in general. Thank you.

Everything was great. The only thing I would have liked is to have a 5 to 10 minute conversation with the actual doctor that did work on my heart. I've never been able to speak with him since my surgery, and he knows best what is wrong with my heart and what was wrong.

Yeah, hi. I was told to show up at my appointment at 2:30, okay, and then I was supposed to see the doctor at 3. I didn't get to see the doctor until 4 and I didn't get out of there until about 4:25. So anyway - and everybody was like gone, but anyway all that time, nobody came to check on me. Nobody really cared how long I was waiting, and that's something you might want to try to improve on because I almost walked out.

The gal that did my EKG needs a little brush up on bedside manner. She was nice - but I could tell she was tired of doing EKG's and doing mine felt like another dreaded task for her. She pulled all the leads off with a yank at the end - kind of made me jump. Otherwise always great care at NCH. The gal that registered me is always so kind. Thank you

This this provider with very attentive to the information that I wanted to know and making sure that what she was telling me and what my questions were that I understood the information so that I could carry out what I needed to at home for my care.

I found this to be the friendliest bunch of people that I've ever had to work with from the standpoint of the medical field or any other field everything from the beginning receptionist all the way through to to the health care providers real treat to go there. She was very patient and very understanding and when we had a question on the reactions of the medicines I was taking, to taking a different medicine that is more common. She looked it up and we figured out that it was best I stay on the medicine I was on. So she's very informative.

Just everyone was so helpful showing where to find things we were looking for. From the minute you walk in the door there are people to help you. Was great that the Dr. an nurses took their time with us and explained everything.

I believe that I could have had... the nuclear stress test. That was not an option given to me. I was just told that I had to have a treadmill stress test and a nuclear stress test, and I'd had coffee that morning. So I was sent home with out either test and that was a little upsetting, and I have not heard back for a reschedule date. And my surgery... is coming up and I need a cardiologist sign off. So I am a little concerned. I will be calling the clinic tomorrow. Thank you.

I'm just very pleased with the way that the Katie handled it and when we were trying to figure out a change in my 1 medication she went and consulted with one of the other assistants. So very, very satisfied.

The results of the Echo is not available until later in the week so I would prefer to have another meeting with the Clinician to go over the results after results are published. It is difficult understand the information in the report if not impossible. The next step is to rerun the test in six months. Thank you.

Katie Adams was very efficient, very knowledgeable, very interested, answered questions, gave answers as she could. However, were very disappointed in the return of information as to what, when, where, how, why we are supposed to continue caring for his health because Dr. Watt has not returned to him.

Someone could have let me know that she was checking on the results of the ultrasound instead of leaving me in the room for about an hour with nobody coming in. I was almost tempted to call the receptionist to see if they forgot about me back there, so that I did not appreciate.

Yes, I saw Katie for my FAA treadmill stress test and she did a fantastic job. It was very easy and very professional would definitely recommend anyone to go see her. The only thing I would ask is if that if the people in scheduling if they know it's an FAA stress test that they would be able to schedule all three points of the visit right away. So another words. We definitely need an office visit or consultation that we also need labs, and then we also be the stress test it if they can recognize that as we call in at the appointment, that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, definitely it looking forward to being there again next year. Thank you.

Hi, my experience at the North Central Heart Hospital and the clinic were just absolutely wonderful. They all treated me with respect, y'all cared for what I was going through, they helped me understand things and they made me feel like I... wanted to come back. It was the best experience I've ever had, and I've never had any heart problems or any hospital visits or anything, but I felt like I was really taken care of, and... appreciate it. So... yeah, my whole experience was great, and I thank everybody that helped me.

In the last 4 months I have had several appointments and a couple of surgeries. Each time my experience has been excellent. That includes the individuals at the front desk to the practitioners and everybody else that have had a hand in my care at North Central Heart. Thank you!

I would like to know why a EKG I paid for at another facility never arrived at Heart Hospital. Evidently it was a waste of my money.
