Dr Hanssen is the best PCP I have ever had. When she moved her office from Sioux Falls to Tea I decided I would go to Tea to see her over switching doctors. She takes the time to look over patient's history before she ever even walks into the room and it shows. She covers all the topics that need to be discussed and it is clear that she cares for her patients.

Dr. Hanssen has always approached my care in an open conversation with me, each time checking in n different items, issues we've discussed/treated in the past. She also discussed my next stage in health to be aware of and discussed some of the symptoms, treatments, and effects of perimenopause. I really appreciated this approach so I know what to watch out for when the time comes

Dr. Hanssen treated me like I was the only patient she had that day. She took time discussing concerns, gave suggestions and made sure all issues regarding my general health were addressed.

Dr. Kim and staff are so caring, concerned and informative about my medical conditions. My questions were answered, suggestions given and encouragement also given. She knows my treatments and past medical history and uses that to keep me as healthy as is possible. I so appreciate her and them and tell others that and recommend Avera, my past employer, to be their primary care provider. Thank you.
