I have had some negative experiences with this provider in the past, but I felt much better this time. She told me she had reviewed my chart and she didn't make incorrect assumptions this time. She was interested in what I had learned from my specialists and truly concerned for my well-being. She filled the lab order for my specialist appointment the next day, which was very helpful as I was able to skip labs and my provider had all the information I needed. This was the first time in this health nightmare I have felt like she is a part of the team.
