Dr. Lainee was engaging, gracious, gregarious, lively and very thoughtful. It was crystal clear that the only thing she had in mind was my good health and well being. She clearly and patiently explained everything she was doing, as well as what she found and various options for treatment. And she was very patient with my questions as well (again, NOT providing 'assembly line medical care). I really liked her!

During my visit Dr. Goettsche was very professional but sweet and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. After my lab work she called me herself to tell me the results and to proceed with the medication. Later I had a question dealing with my new medication and I left the question by calling the desk person who relayed it to Dr Goettsche and she responded to my question herself with a call. Very impressed and does a great job!
