She was very, very thorough but overwhelmingly told us a lot of stuff in a short time that we just couldn't. Absorb quickly enough. So I hoping that I remember everything she told me. Would be nice to have a printout after every session what she said.

This was an out of body experience. The medications were screwed up. The things I heard I did not hear 2 years ago. I felt like there was too much intensity. We'll see what is next.

Lindsay Mayer was very kind and seemed to have read up on my history. We talked about how to deal with ankle swelling. SHe suggested I cut my amalodopine in half and see how that works. Take my blood pressure to make sure it stays on the lower side. I went off to do an echo and then home. Thanks for all the kindness of all the staff

I was a little frustrated that they has scheduled a stress test without getting preauthorization from my insurance so it was cancelled and I will have to go back again. I have to drive 2 hours from home to NCH.

I believe when there is access to the medical record, providers should read necessary information before visit. I also think that if previously registered the subsequent visits should be easier unless information has changed. At the very least registrar should act as if there is some information already in the computer, so system is familiar with patient.

This was a wonderful practitioner. She explained things to me that. I'm sure. I don't understand but I got, you know, I've got some idea of what has happened to me ,and how it had happened, and I, she's gone out of her way in every way. She possibly could. I just, I just really enjoyed my experience with her. Thank you.

My experience with Lindsey Mayer was above and beyond any experience, with any doctor. I've had in Sioux Falls she is definitely an asset to your organization and I would highly recommend, you do everything you can to keep her with your facility, she's very, very professional and very thorough and what she does, I couldn't be happier thank you.

I just felt that there was a lot of patients there. They worked me in to get me there. I just felt that everybody was kind of running under the gun to get everything done. They're kind of on a time span because there's so much to do - that's not their fault, just a system itself I think just created lot of work for them. They all felt - I felt that they all felt kind of rushed to get things going to the next person. That's all I have to say then. Okay. Thank you.

She was very amicable and professional. And she did a great job with she had never seen me before and thought you did very good job. And you need to get valet parking at the Heart Hospital, most people coming in there are elderly and some of those have mobility problems and to walk all the way in there is not very pleasant sometimes. So I really think you ought to get ballet. Thanks.

At a time when a lot of the doctors are just looking into a computer and not really sitting and looking into your eyes and checking you over as they should and spending considerable time doing that and answering questions and things you're scared about, Lindsey did a wonderful job. I am so glad you called because I wanted to do this really really badly. I think she's terrific.

Hello. The people that I had business with, they were extremely, extremely friendly. They didn't seem like I was bothering them or that my time was taking away their time. The only complaint I had when I was waiting for the treadmill, the girl who does the operation guess that's Lindsey, took her a long time like 40 minutes to get to me. So I just sat in that room, just sat there waiting for it and I was kind of disturbed about that. I think they're time should have been organized a little bit better. The girl that got me prepared in that room was very nice too. I can't remember her name but she kept telling me that Lindsey was busy with some other patient that 40 minutes a long time to sit there was a little sock on that's what I didn't like. But otherwise she was very informed and very friendly and so is everybody, just very very attentive and very calm

The waiting period was way too long. I was in there 2 hours and saw her maybe 10 minutes. Had an EKG. Otherwise, I was waiting... waiting. So I think you could well improve on that. Thank you.

Lindsey Mayer created a very detailed, chronological report of my cardiac history that quickly brings one up to date by summarizing all pertinent encounters, events and treatment with recommendations for a plan with goals and objectives. It is super comprehensive and well written. Ms Mayer did an excellent job of making sure all testing well coordinated within the available window. This quality of care was universal across all areas visited.

I thought it was very, very good. They come in, they did... explained everything. They did everything, checked everything twice. Or maybe three times sometimes. And made sure I was helped and and okay. Very good.

I liked the fact that I could make returns appointment right at that, at that time. That's all.
