Maddie Jans was phenomenal. She listened, considered my history and med side effects and proposed a care plan with options. She explained the role of hormones and how it can vary from patient to patient. She validated my side effects as valid even though they are on the rare list they do/did occur and matter. I felt heard and seen and thoughtfully cared for
