I thought Dr King was nice, asked a lot of questions. I felt frustrated that I told him I am working out multiple times a day and cutting back on calories, but not losing any weight. Later in the appointment he told me it would be beneficial to lose 10% of my body weight -- I AM TRYING WITH NO LUCK! I thought it was disappointing to hear him say that to me when I told him I have been really trying and the scale hasn't moved.
