Priyanka Jethwani, MD, provides compassionate, expert care at Avera Nephrology – Plaza 4 in Sioux Falls, SD.

During medical school, Dr. Jethwani was mentored by nephrologists, or doctors of kidney care, which shaped her view of medicine and what this field has to offer patients.

“It is my privilege to foster great relationships with patients, whether that’s talking about life or their medical care,” she said. “Seeing my patients get better, seeing how their lives have changed, brings joy to me.”

Dr. Jethwani’s role is to diagnose kidney- and pancreas-related diseases, educate patients about their condition, treat and direct patient care.

Active Lifestyle

Dr. Jethwani says she’s a family person, so spending time with family — doing anything — is close to her heart. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and hosting friends and family in their home.
