Yeah, I made a couple of mistakes on that when I push the 3 and on the other I accidentally pushed 1000 and none of that is right. I'm sorry. I guess I'll use my wrong finger and it didn't come out right. Okay. So my service there and providing answers and Care have been very good. Really very good. I made a mistake, couple of mistakes there. I guess I was gone too much today, and that's what happened. Yep. Okay. Sorry about that. Thank you.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Allen and with both of his nurses, it was just incredible, but when I called to make an appointment the lady at the who answered the phone, I did not think was very welcoming or very helpful. The second complaint I have is that normally I am sent a form to have blood work done.This year, I had to call for the form instead of having it automatically sent to me. Thank you.

My appointment was set at 11, a new patient appointment that would take around 45 minutes. I arrived at 1030 and the doctor didn't see me until 1:55. I understand emergencies come up but was extremely disappointed when he only spent 7 minutes with me to tell me there's not much he could do for me. It made the hour drive there and the 3 hour wait absolutely a waste of my time.

Dr. Allen took more than enough time to explain my current condition, the options that were available to correct some of them. He also shared the risks involved and through his information and my wife and my information we decided that we would not take... do part of the surgery or procedure that he was... that he had recommended. He also said I don't believe you need it at this time. So we will continue to monitor it. Very, very excellent doctor. Thank you.

They were caring for me there and I can't remember which nurse it was. She even like rubbed my back and you know patted my hand, you know, just that personal touch that I don't think I've ever gotten before so they put me at ease cuz yeah, I just appreciate it.

Thank you very much for your kind and caring service. I knew I was in good hands. Perhaps the one thing I appreciated the most is that Dr. Allen listened to all of my concerns with regard to what has become a rather extensive medical history in the past three years for me. I felt like a participant in my health care decisions, as well as a receiver of care. As a nurse educator for many years, I admit that I am not a very passive patient! But I felt respected as we talked about how to proceed with managing my treatment and care as we go forward. Thank you very much!

I have been coming to this facility for years. The staff is very nice and I am confident they know their jobs. But I have to comment on the remodel of the facility and the registration process. I stood in the outer door area waiting for the people ahead of me to check in at the first desk. I understand the process but maybe the desk needs to be moved back so people can get in the door. Some of the people waiting to get in the door were just there to visit patients. Not a good place to have this desk.

I believe that the care I received at the Heart Hospital was the best that I've ever had at any hospital. I think the staff especially the nurses were kind and courteous and very gentle with the patient me. Okay. Thank you very much. Thanks for calling. God bless.

Dr. Allen was excellent he explained what he will be doing & we have lots of confidence in this doctor. His nurse Noelle was also very concerned & helpful & the lab person was also very nice.

The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel welcome, respected and cared for. We left the appointment feeling much better about our situation, our care plan and the long term implications of our situation.

Yes, the nurses were very good. The doctors were very good and I can't complain about anything. They took very good care of me. So I would recommend you guys to anybody so that's about it.

Yes, I was happy with my appointment. Our time was a bit limited did have a few questions after the doctor had left, but for the most part, I feel like that was very, you know it what we accomplished what we needed to accomplish and I'm overall I'm quite happy with with the experience. Thank you.

I think you did well, but I didn't get any report of the echo test. I need to know what some of the, what came out at Echo test, the last test we made. I haven't heard any information about it yet. I'd like to get some information on how it went.
