Nurse Tony was great.

Yes, Dr. Allen was very, He spent a lot of time with us very considerate and my daughter was in with us and he spoke with her also and faced her as he was talking to her. And we've had him like 28 years and we really think he's a great doctor.

Yeah, just absolutely no complaints - Dr. Allen always has been my doctor cardiologist for 17 years - he's a terrific doctor and very nice man. This was a very good experience as usual. Thank you.

Yes, I felt that he was very nice, and all the people that work there were very easy to talk to, and so I appreciated it very much. Thank you.

We have always had excellent care through North Central Heart and the Avera Heart Hospital. I started with Dr. Jerry Moench and his nurse Susan back in 2006 and currently with Dr. Raymond Allen and his nurse Janiece - all very attentive in my needs. Starting with those in registration and continuing through the check-out people, we have always had my medical condition and questions answered with excellent follow through. We couldn't ask for better experiences than what we have encountered with North Central Heart doctors, nurses, lab techs and other support people. Thank you for caring about your patients and their health.

I am appreciative and thankful for the service I received and I'm looking forward to the return for further diagnostic examination. Thank you.

Yeah, I made a couple of mistakes on that when I push the 3 and on the other I accidentally pushed 1000 and none of that is right. I'm sorry. I guess I'll use my wrong finger and it didn't come out right. Okay. So my service there and providing answers and Care have been very good. Really very good. I made a mistake, couple of mistakes there. I guess I was gone too much today, and that's what happened. Yep. Okay. Sorry about that. Thank you.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Allen and with both of his nurses, it was just incredible, but when I called to make an appointment the lady at the who answered the phone, I did not think was very welcoming or very helpful. The second complaint I have is that normally I am sent a form to have blood work done. This year, I had to call for the form instead of having it automatically sent to me. Thank you.

The nurses that attended to me were fantastic!

I'll tell ya, they let me sit in that room for a whole hour before Dr. Allen came in, and I don't think that is necessary. Okay

My appointment was set at 11, a new patient appointment that would take around 45 minutes. I arrived at 1030 and the doctor didn't see me until 1:55. I understand emergencies come up but was extremely disappointed when he only spent 7 minutes with me to tell me there's not much he could do for me. It made the hour drive there and the 3 hour wait absolutely a waste of my time.

Dr. Allen took more than enough time to explain my current condition, the options that were available to correct some of them. He also shared the risks involved and through his information and my wife and my information we decided that we would not take... do part of the surgery or procedure that he was... that he had recommended. He also said I don't believe you need it at this time. So we will continue to monitor it. Very, very excellent doctor. Thank you.
