We have been going to North Central heart for 15 years. Every visit every phone call has been just a really wonderful experience. The doctors and nurses listen to what we have to say. They answer our questions very well. We would definitely recommend North Central heart to other people and have already have. Thank you. Bye.

Yes, Dr. Allen provided excellent medical care and I really appreciated his medical knowledge and expertise and his care and his kindness. In addition I appreciated very much the care that was provided by his nurse Janice. I had an excellent experience in my appointment and I would recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you for your service and help.

I think Dr. Allen exhibited two qualities that I would hope to find in any physician, who is monitoring my physical well being, and that is he is competent and compassionate, and I would think it wasn't an outstanding thing, that I did to, to select him, and that I'm grateful, he is, said yes, to me, and I'm looking forward to a relationship that is mutually beneficial, and mostly, probably, for myself, as I am looking forward to his guidance, as I journey towards better health. Thank you.

Yeah, I think the experience was very good... even though, the news wasn't what I was expecting, but... very well treated and like the, Dr. Allen... got slightly technical for me, but, but that was fine. He spent a lotta time talking to us. So, thank you.

Dr. Ray Allen has kept me alive for 31 years. He's a great cardiologist and a great friend and a great person and he's a smart guy and he listens to every everything that you talk about. So thank you very much for Ray Allen. He is good. I do recommend him to all my family every chance I get.and also to my friends. I'm supposed to press one?

Wait time was long but the doctor was tied up in a cath lab. It would have been nice if someone would have warned me that the Dr was running late before I was called back 25 minutes after scheduled appt. That wait is greatly aggravated by your requirement for registration a half hour before scheduled appt! Registration takes 5 minutes! That requirement alone, to me, is abusive to the patient. I'm sure it makes efficient use of the Dr time, so patients can be lined up and ready, but a half hour. Come on!

Dr. Allen and Dr. Waterbury are both fine surgeons and nice to talk with.
