you know, I want to say the staff specially it was very clear have a road map and our Central was able to get all my test taken on the day of my visits inside travel an hour away and they're very efficient. And I say every staff member that I came across very professional very efficient and did a very good very quality job. So I want to thank you for taking care of me.

It was just I had to wait for the doctor too long. I mean you said in there for almost 45 minutes just waiting for the doctor to come in. So you get through there they get you there early and then you sit and wait and then think it's a mistake and then you sit and wait for the doctor and that that took a long time. So that's my only complaint.

I am thrilled with how this Dr took the time to listen to me and care- it has been a long time since that has happened. Thank you so much for caring- it made me feel heard.

I only was a little discouraged by one thing. After I was taken to a room and vitals like blood pressure, etc taken, I was left in that room for 1 hour and 15 minutes before the Dr came in. Now, I realize things happen, but couldn't someone at least come in and say the Dr is running way behind, check on the patient, ask if they need to use a restroom, need a sip of water, just anything like that. Since I voiced my concern of being late for work myself (even though I had alloted a proper time in my own schedule for this), it was noted and I finished just in time.

I think that Sherrie. Dr. Sherrie Brooks was very good at every area she listened she asked questions. She listened to my questions and answered them. Probably the best conversation I've had with the doctor in a long time. So I'm very pleased with her at this point. I've had one appointment. So, thank you.

I do appreciate the time and effort and quality of Dr. Brooks. She was very professional. She did listen to me very well, and she went over my charts, but I was in the waiting room for a long time, but I'm going to dismiss that because it was well worth the wait and I got my concerns heard and she was she did something about my condition, and she seems to be very helpful. So I was just like to say thank you. That's all.
