Within her military service, she has been the Medical Director for the TRICARE Overseas Program and has worked for Indian Health Services (IHS).

In her free time, Dr. Two Hawk loves spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also can be found raising horses in her spare moments. She is Lakota, and is from and was trained in South Dakota.
