Impressed with all staff at North central Heart

Would have been nice to have the pre authorization done for the test. I drove 4 hours got a hotel room the night before, fasted and was caffeine free for the test and there was no pre authorization.

Dr. Mahrous staff his nurse on himself, both made me feel very much, very comfortable and great bed, side manner, and listen, well, and listened to all my needs. I thank them.

Only thing that I would say about my visit is at the end there was no feedback on how things went following day. Got a report which was really good, but no feedback after the actual appointment. That would have been greatly appreciated.

Yes, I was very pleased with almost everything up for my appointment. One thing that I think needs to be improved is when the reception people that check you in. Should ask for the primary telephone number to be used for call back and also they need to speed that process up because it was very time consuming and we have to wait quite a while.

My experience was top shelf quality as each employee performed their job efficiently and treated me with respect and kindness. I was kept informed of what to expect and what my role was during each procedure and explanations for my questions were explained in terms I could easily undrstand.

I just thought it was a very good experience. Every staff person that I dealt with was very professional, friendly, answered my questions. So I was very very pleased with with my visit at the Heart Hospital.

The only problem I had was on arrival , The space waiting for appointment and check in was a little confusing. I thought maybe becauseI having a little anxiety possibly I did not hear instructions clearly but the seating was all blended together in one long Corredor type of room. But no problems.

Everything went great until time for my treadmill and then I waited several hours because of some mix up in steps or something but it was okay and it went fine everybody was very thoughtful thank you.

I was very pleased with the visit. Everything was things timely and I appreciate the visit with the doctor, he listened very carefully. And when I did the stress test all the people that were involved explained everything, and so I have nothing, but good to say about the experience there at North Central Heart. Dr. Mahrous always seems like he really cares about my concerns and assistant nurse was super helpful and friendly and my nurse was also super helpful and friendly and it was a good experience.

I was not given any information about what was expected for the day. No information about what to wear(comfortable clothes) , no caffeine, small breakfast. I arrived at 12:30 and didn't get done till 4:30! They started the treadmill test at a very fast pace, not letting one warm up at a slower pace first. Had very nice people to help me but sometimes felt like cattle being pushed through the cattle chute!

I'm waiting for a reply on a new prescription that could be ordered if Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield will cover the prescription. The nurse was going to call me when they find out.

It was very good. Excellent. I appreciated the care that the nurses gave and the doctor. Everything was great for my experience, except we sat there from 10:00 till 4:00, but I guess that's the way it is. So, thank you very much. It's why we go there. It's been there many times already. The provider was very nice, very thorough, and the nurse was also very nice, very thorough. It took a little bit of time through the check in process, but this was a very, very nice visit and very, very good caring providers - providers and both the nurse and the doctor were - were outstanding. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, explain things well, did a visual to be able to explain it better for my husband and I was we were both very happy with with our appointment with him and believe and trust in him.
