Excellent care given starting from the receptionist through scheduling for next year's appointment. Everyone I had contact with treated me with the utmost respect and caring. I highly recommend Avera and Traci Redmond.

I was very nervous for this visit, but the entire clinic put me at ease! The front desk staff were warm and inviting. The nurse was empathetic and found ways to make the visit enjoyable. Traci NP took time to answer my millions of questions and explain everything in ways that made sense. I truly felt at ease with everyone on this team.

Traci and the nurse are just amazing care givers and take a very stressful situation (high risk for Breast Cancer) and make folks at ease and the process and visit very easy.

This was my first visit with Traci She was amazing! She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I never felt rushed. And she also brought up more thorough testing for my sense breast tissue. I feel she is very thorough and caring. Very impressed.
